The tool shop has a multi-year experience in:
- constructing technological instrumentation and tools, injection moulds, transfer moulds, moulds for epoxy resin fillings, blanking dies, stamping dies.
- manufacturing technological instrumentation and tools with the use of the most modern generation of spark erosion machines, hobbing and wire machines,
- dealing with calibrating of tools for measuring length and angle.
We provide technological-construction counseling in the range of material processing, parameters of machining and heat treatment. We perform picture documentation of details on the basis of delivered samples and a construction documentation according to the assumptions of the Customer.
We carry out heat treatment of the processed details.
